When posting an ad, you agree that:

All information in your listing is accurate, current, and not misleading.
You own or have the right to sell the item or service advertised.
Your listing does not contain false, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including images and descriptions.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on lmv.life:

Illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, or stolen property.
Adult content, escort services, or anything sexually explicit.
Spam, duplicate listings, or misleading advertisements.
Listings that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Content that infringes any intellectual property right.
Personal data of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

6. Transactions Between Users

lmv.life is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not verify the identity of users beyond basic registration, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item. All transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public place and inspecting items before completing any purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

By posting content on lmv.life, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. The lmv.life name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of lmv.life and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

lmv.life is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lmv.life and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any content thereon.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Continued use of lmv.life after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
